Most items are preordered and shipped from Pakistan please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

 *All parcels delivered within the uk will be tracked and signed for.  The delivery charge for this service is £9. There is another service available but there is no tracking but standard royal mail 1st class postage. 

*For hygiene purposes we cannot accept a refund.

*Jewellery boxes are not included. They can be pre-ordered upon request.
